By accessing our website, registering for the Alchemy Circle free training, submitting your contact information, or otherwise interacting with our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.
You must be at least 18 years of age to use our services. By agreeing to these Terms, you represent and warrant that you are 18 years of age or older. Our services are not directed to minors, and we do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18.
The free training ("Training") is provided for informational and educational purposes only. We reserve the right to modify, limit access to, or discontinue the Training at any time without notice. Access to the Training does not create any contractual obligation on our part to provide ongoing access or future trainings.
Booking a strategy call through our platform is voluntary and does not constitute enrollment in or purchase of any program. Strategy calls are exploratory conversations. We reserve the right to decline to offer enrollment to any individual at our sole discretion. No guarantee of acceptance into any paid program is made or implied by the act of booking a call.
By submitting your contact information through our registration form and checking the consent box, you expressly consent to receive automated marketing and informational communications from Nostalgia Productions, including email and SMS/text messages. This consent is not a condition of any purchase.
These communications are governed by the federal Telephone Consumer Protection Act (TCPA) and CAN-SPAM Act, as well as applicable Pennsylvania law.
All content on our pages and in our training — including text, images, video, audio, graphics, logos, and course materials — is the exclusive property of Uncanny Sally LLC dba Nostalgia Productions and is protected by U.S. and Pennsylvania copyright law. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, or otherwise exploit any of our content without our express prior written consent.
Princess Nostalgia retains 100% ownership of her music catalog and all associated creative works. Nothing in these Terms grants you any rights to her music, brand, likeness, or content.
Any student testimonials, results, or case studies shared on our pages represent individual experiences and are not guarantees of future results. Your outcomes will depend on your individual effort, dedication, background, and other factors outside our control. We make no income or outcome guarantees.
The information provided in our training is for educational purposes only and does not constitute legal, financial, or professional advice. You are responsible for your own creative and business decisions.
To the fullest extent permitted by Pennsylvania law, Nostalgia Productions (Uncanny Sally LLC) shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of our services, training, or communications. Our total liability to you for any claim shall not exceed the amount you have paid us in the preceding 12 months, or $100, whichever is greater.
Our services and training are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement, to the extent permitted under Pennsylvania law.
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Nostalgia Productions, Princess Nostalgia, and their successors from and against any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, costs, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of your use of our services, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any third-party rights.
Nothing in these Terms is intended to waive any rights you may have under the Pennsylvania Unfair Trade Practices and Consumer Protection Law (73 P.S. § 201-1 et seq.) or other applicable Pennsylvania consumer protection statutes. If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable under Pennsylvania law, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or our services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state or federal courts located in Allegheny County, Pennsylvania, and you consent to personal jurisdiction in those courts.
We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Changes will be posted to this page with an updated "Last updated" date. Continued use of our services after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
